Stephen Bowring

Stephen has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and joined Corner Capital as Senior Partner in 2024.

Over the course of his career, Stephen has led over 80 transactions, both buy-side and sell-side, advising multinationals, listed companies, private equity funds and private groups on mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and equity and debt raisings.

His clients have come from a broad spectrum of industries including IT, financial services and insurance, industrials, testing inspection and certification, infrastructure services, and consumer retail.

As Senior Partner at Corner Capital, Stephen will be providing corporate advice regarding mergers and acquisitions to the mid-market private capital market.

Stephen has a Master’s in Applied Finance, a Postgraduate qualification in Corporations Law, and an Undergraduate degree in Banking and Finance (majoring in Economics and Accounting).
