Stephen has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and joined Corner Capital as a Senior Adviser in 2024.
Over the course of his career, Stephen has led over 80 transactions, both buy-side and sell-side, advising multinationals, listed companies, private equity funds and private groups on mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and equity and debt raisings.
His clients have come from a broad spectrum of industries including IT, financial services and insurance, industrials, testing inspection and certification, infrastructure services, and consumer retail.
As a Senior Adviser, Stephen provides corporate advice regarding mergers and acquisitions to the mid-market private capital market.
Stephen has a Master’s in Applied Finance, a Postgraduate qualification in Corporations Law, and an Undergraduate degree in Banking and Finance (majoring in Economics and Accounting).
